Booking
How do I book a ferry ticket?
Pick your route and date on the home page, choose a schedule, enter passenger details, and pay online. You will receive a QR-coded ticket by email immediately after payment.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellations and changes are not done by the customer directly. Please contact our support team (email or live chat) with your booking reference, and our staff will process the request for you. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.
Can children travel alone?
Children under 12 must travel with an adult. Children aged 12 to 17 may travel alone with written consent from a parent or guardian.
Routes
How long is the ferry to Mahibadhoo?
The Malé to Mahibadhoo speedboat takes approximately 1 hour 45 minutes depending on weather and sea conditions. Check the live schedule for the exact arrival time on your travel date.
Boarding
How early should I arrive at the terminal?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure with a valid ID and your QR ticket. Boarding closes 5 minutes before departure.
What is the baggage allowance?
Each passenger can bring one carry-on bag (up to 7 kg) and one checked bag (up to 23 kg) free of charge. Excess or oversized luggage may incur additional fees.
Safety
Do you operate during bad weather?
Safety is our top priority. If sea conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your trip and notify you by SMS and email. Full refunds are available for weather cancellations.
Loyalty
How do I earn loyalty points?
Loyalty points are awarded automatically on selected routes when you book through your customer account. Points can be redeemed for fare discounts on future trips.
